Please Note: There are help videos below under the catagory Igroop training videos. These are provided by the host of this membership site IgrOOps and give you great coaching on getting the most out of your membership. How to set up your profile, build a blog or webpage etc. Just be aware, the sample site in the videos will look a bit different than our site and some of the permissions may be different.

How do I listen to the audios?

You can listen here as many times as you like. If you want to download the audio and listen to it on your mp3 player or make a CD to listen in the car click the downward pointing arrow on the media player. Too Easy!

Making the Most Out of the Coaching Sessions

Putting some time aside to listen with your partner or a friend, then discuss the ideas is a good use of the Audios. Some of them have exersizes for you to do so having someone else to process them with is a great help.

It often helps to concretize ideas when you set a commitment with a partner to try something out and report back to each other. You can buddy up with someone on the forum to help you be accountable to your vision of yourself as a parent.

Ask Questions!

Don't forget to post Questions on the Ask Annie section of the forum.
